Our return policy gives you 30 calendar days from date of delivery to return or exchange a product with a valid invoice. Returns and exchanges must be unused, and in the same condition that you received them. If the product you wish to receive in exchange for the returned product is higher in cost the price difference will be billed to you. In the case of defective product we will replace the product. Once your returned product is received and inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, in 14 business days your refund will be processed through the original method of payment or your replacement will be processed and shipped.
If the return is a result of our error only we will refund the cost of return shipping (e.g. wrong item received or defective product). The buyer will pay return shipping for all non-seller mistakes (e.g. you bought the wrong product). Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
