Our return policy gives 30 calendar days from date of delivery to return or exchange a product with a valid invoice. Returns and exchanges must be unused, and in the same condition as received.
Due to the fragile nature of Test Strips, the PN:1194 series and PN:270 series are non-returnable except for damaged product or an error on the part of Specialty Testing and Development Company.
If the product to be received in exchange for the returned product is higher in cost the price difference will be billed to the buyer.
In the case of defective product, we will replace the product.
Once returned product is received and inspected, notification of the approval or rejection of the refund or replacement will be issued. If approved, a refund will be processed through the original method of payment, or your replacement will be processed and shipped.
If the return is a result of our error only, we will refund the cost of return shipping (e.g., wrong item received or defective product). The buyer will pay return shipping for all non-seller mistakes (e.g. you bought the wrong product). Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
